I'm not just looking for a project - It's more than that. I'm looking to spend my time and to share my qualities with people who want to make things real and to believe in reaching their goals. For me, it is essential to be transparent, to be respectful and to be loyal. I seek for intellectual and emotional glory in a Team. To learn from others and to share my learning.

But before getting there, before learning how to be reliable, I learned to be weak. I have failed in different ways. I learned to lose and to admit mistakes. I learned to ask for help (this is still hard for me!!) and that it is not a weakness to stand to your failures. It shows the strength of character. I am strong because I can admit mistakes and I learned to stand up again.

I'm an active-happy-barbarous! I know, this sounds brutal, but it is true! Sometimes my optimism nerve! I just decided to see the bright side of life and not the dark one. Sometimes it's not possible because of the circumstances, but even then - I just think - it always could be worse.

Books, letters, texts - one of the main ways to communicate. I love to play with meanings and to spice my daily word-menu with them. Intellectual vitality drugs me, love to listen to what words want to say, how people use them and their impact. The same with soul kitchen: Food, drinks & people together. To observe & study them, with the right music, inspires me.

Money is not a taboo topic for me. Financial reward is the recognition and acknowledgement of an effort. Money does not define me but makes my life easier, brings security and some "extras". Therefore it's easy and straightforward as the Trade-off Triangle:
